Our PTO's mission is to establish a commited working relationship between home and school with those that educate and affect our children's lives on a daily basis.
 
Our goal for the 2007-2008 school year is to raise as much funds as possible to help offset the current budget cuts.

Thank-you for visting our new website. This will be used as our main tool of communication with the parents, our teachers, administrators and the staff in the district.  Please take the time to navigate around the site to locate all of the information. Specifically to answer any questions. If you have any comments or suggestions please feel free to contact any Board member and we will gladly respond to you in a timely manner.

We thought we would bring you up to date. There have been some changes made within the PTO board since last year.  The board members from the previous year have decided to pass on the responsibilities to us, the new board.  We feel we have established a committed team of 5 members plus 1 alternate that all carry the same goals. As peers we have all decided to go forward without "titles" creating a team of equals. Our main goals is to keep the children's best interests at heart and to assist the school in any possible way we can to lesson the burden of continuous budget cuts.

You are probably all well aware we started the year off originally with 7 board members. One recently decided to step down due to her demanding schedule. We have decided to carry out the year with who we have in place. Jeff Hoffman has decided to be an alternate in the event a member becomes unavailable .   We are very confident this will be a seamless transition carrying on to be a successful school year!

We now are accepting donations for the garage sale that we are having in May.  All proceeds will go right back to the Middle School!  PODS has generously donated the use of one of their large containers to the PTO as use for storage.  It is located in the Elementary parking lot.  If you have any items that you would like to donate, just contact one of the board members and we will meet you at your convenience to help you unload. You Truly Have Baked A Difference!
We would like to thank all of the parent bakers for helping sponsor a very successful  Bake Sale.  The kids had a great time looking over the goodies, making their selection and purchasing a special lunch treat!  Your culinary talents allowed the PTO to earn $107.55 to help our school. Parents you are AWESOME!

 Some of the big seller items for the Bake Sale have been: Puppy Chow, Chocolate covered pretzels and No-Bake cookies

Donations Welcome

We are aware that many of you will not have the spare time to volunteer for our events.  Several parents have asked if they could just donate money.  All of the money raised will go right back into the middle school.  It will be used to purchase educational items, field trips, fun family events, and building improvements.

There will be several places on our website where you will be able to make donations or purchase items.  There is a small processing fee paid by the PTO for this service.  We felt that the small fee we pay is worth the convenience it provides for everyone.

We also gladly accept checks.  When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction.  You authorize us to collect a fee through electronic fund transfer from your account if your payment is returned unpaid.  If you write a check please include the following on your check:
  • Drivers License #
  • Full Name
  • Street Address
  • Phone Numbers
